Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for UK orders above £60 and International orders above £150. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 working days of purchase. All orders are shipped from our studio in London, United Kingdom. 

Please note that we will not be able to track your shipment if Standard Shipping was selected. We advise customers to select Tracked Shipping services for full shipping information. 

Next Day delivery is available for UK orders, and is a Next Working Day service.

United Kingdom: 1-3 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days 
US & Canada: 5-10 working days 
Rest of the World: 5-20 working days 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to return your item, please send us an email at info@mykeslab.com and we’ll let you know where to send the return.

In the case of preorders as we are making your items for you and would not otherwise buy the stock, we cannot accept returns. We will do what we can if sizing is an issue to swap your item but cannot ensure this is possible.

All sales on one-of-one items and discounted items are final and will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.
